Travel and Work

One of many benefits of being a concept artist is having the opportunity to travel and work.  I had the opportunity to work abroad in Singapore, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. If you’re like me that like to travel and work, especially early in your career you should focus your portfolio towards film or theme park industries. Typically, these companies will pay for your relocation cost (air travel, moving cost) and your living expenses (hotels accommodation, rent, car rental, etc).  On top of that, the company will have many other perks to sweetened the deal to woo you to work for them. If you are adventurist and adaptable to new environments and cultures, working abroad will broaden your horizon.

I'm Back!

Hello world, It has been a long time since I added a new entry.  I started this blog back in 2013. The initial goal was to help inspiring concept artist to get started in their journey. By providing some resource, motivation and general guidance for absolute beginners to help them get up to speed.   Fast forward to now, 5 years later I have gain tremendous experience in the workforce as a concept designer, I feel more confident to share my experience and on how to find success in this business. In the past few years, I have travel the world, and worked on multi-million dollar projects and with amazing people. I will get more into this in the upcoming blog entry.  Stay tuned!
